Refund and Returns Policy – MASSION CHEN LLC

We want you to love your purchase from MASSION CHEN LLC. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help with returns and exchanges, subject to the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any tags, certificates, or accessories.
For hygiene and safety reasons, custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (if available) or for another product of equal value.
To exchange an item, please follow the same steps as a return and indicate that you’d like an exchange.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping, where applicable.
